This was the first project prepared by the Pentree Incorporated IT solutions division. For the size of the company, the McDowell PSD underwent a major network upgrade. The site required running new networking cables throughout the building for the computers to communicate. A total of three new workstations was configured and a central file server was installed. The file server also acted as the domain controller as well as DHCP, DNS, and AntiVirus management.

A backup plan was also implemented at the site. Files were setup to automatically save to a portable storage device, to allow for quick removal in the case of an emergency.
